These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get My Custom website and purchases from our store (getmycustom.com). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.
1. The store and products
Get My Custom sells personalized gifts and custom apparel that are made to order, including print-on-demand. Product descriptions, previews, and mockups are guides. Final appearance depends on your uploaded files, the blank goods, and the print process.
We may update the catalog, pricing, and availability without notice. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders (for example: payment failure, suspected fraud, or files we cannot legally or technically produce).
2. Your account and information
You are responsible for accurate checkout details (email, shipping address, payment). You must be able to form a binding contract (typically 18+ in the United States, or the age of majority where you live).
3. Custom designs, uploads, and intellectual property
You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, name, artwork, and text you upload or enter, and that your design does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity or privacy, or other rights, and does not contain unlawful, hateful, or abusive content.
You grant Get My Custom a limited license to use your files only to produce, quality-check, fulfill, and support your order. We do not claim ownership of your personal photos.
We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to infringe rights or violate law. You agree to indemnify Get My Custom for claims arising from content you submitted, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax may be added based on your shipping address. Payment is collected by our payment providers at checkout.
5. Production, shipping, and refunds
Production and shipping timelines are described in our Shipping policy (/pages/shipping-policy). Refunds and returns follow our Refund policy (/pages/refund-policy). Custom and personalized goods generally cannot be returned for change of mind after production has started.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (harmful scraping, unauthorized access, malware, or abusive orders). We may suspend access that risks the store or other customers.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every on-site preview will match a laboratory proof. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; those limits apply only as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get My Custom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or your orders, except where consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims in another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms for future orders.
